If you have a venue but are not sure of how to lay out tables, chairs or even if the capacity will be sufficient for your particular event, one of our Event Planners can accompany you to the location to assist.
Based on detailed information about your event, one of our Event Specialists can provide you with a scaled layout (CAD) of the tent, ballroom or other space that you plan to use.
Normal Delivery Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Delivery charges are based on distance. A minimum order is required for delivery.
Our staff is skilled in the set-up and breakdown of events and can provide you with the manpower needed to set up tables, chairs, or any number of other services.
To assist with last minute details before your event, we offer services to help prepare your event site. This can include vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces or washing tent windows.
If you would prefer to pick up your own rental items, our staff will assist you in loading and unloading from one of our two locations.
On certain occasions and in some jurisdictions, Fire Marshall regulations require table linens to be treated with a flame-retardant solution. With advanced notice we can provide this service for skirting and tablecloths.
We offer an after-hours event hotline for event emergencies that occur during non-business hours. Call our off-hours hotline and leave a detailed message concerning your rental order. Our on-call event consultant will respond to your request as quickly as possible.
Tablecloths, tables, and chairs are offered at reduced rates for larger events. Prices and minimums are listed here, but please consult with your Event Specialist for more details. If your company does many events, you may qualify for a corporate account with our company.
